AI Frontline Lab Publish · Effective November 3, 2026 (TikTok and YouTube read access added)

Whose data

The app only connects to the TikTok account, the YouTube channel, the Facebook Page and the Instagram account owned by AI Frontline Lab. It does not collect data about any other user, including viewers, followers or commenters.

What the app reads and does

TikTok

• Basic profile information of our own account (account ID, display name, avatar), through the user.info.basic scope.
• Account-level counts of our own account (followers, following, total likes, video count), through the user.info.stats scope.
• Our own public videos and their counts: views, likes, comments and shares, plus posting time and duration, through the video.list scope.

All TikTok scopes are read-only.

YouTube

• Basic information about our own channel (channel ID and title) and our own videos (titles, publish time, duration, view, like and comment counts), through the youtube.readonly scope.
• Aggregated analytics for our own channel and videos (views, watch time, average view duration, audience retention, and country-level totals), through the yt-analytics.readonly scope. These are totals and percentages, not data about individual viewers.
• Publishing on our own channel, through the youtube.force-ssl scope: uploading our own videos, setting their title, description, tags, thumbnail and AI-content disclosure, scheduling them, and posting our own comments on our own videos.

The youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly scopes are read-only. The youtube.force-ssl scope is used only for the publishing actions listed, only on our own channel.

Facebook and Instagram

The Meta app AI Frontline Lab Publish connects only to the AI Frontline Lab Facebook Page and the AI Frontline Lab Instagram account.

• It publishes our own videos and posts to that Page and account and adds the AI-content label to them.
• It reads aggregated insights for our own posts and account, such as views, reach, likes, comments, shares, saves and follower counts. These are totals, not data about individual viewers.
• Permissions used: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, read_insights, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish, instagram_manage_insights.

The app does not read comment text written by others, messages, or any information about other people.

How the data is used and stored

The counts are saved on our own computer and used only to compare how our posts perform; publishing actions only post our own content. Access tokens are kept in private storage and are never published.

Sharing

We do not sell or share this data with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Removing access and data deletion

TikTok access can be withdrawn at any time in the TikTok app under Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions. YouTube access can be withdrawn at any time on the Google Account page Third-party apps & services. Facebook and Instagram access is removed by deleting the system user or the app in Meta Business settings. We delete stored tokens when access is withdrawn.

Because the app does not store data about anyone other than our own accounts, there is normally nothing for us to delete. If you believe we hold information about you and want it removed, contact us as below and we will respond within 30 days.

This policy may be updated. The effective date above shows the latest version.
